Hungering and Thirsting

We’ve discussed spirtual poverty – understanding that as Christians Jesus Christ is the chief cornerstone of all we are. We’ve discussed what true mourning is – hurting over the result of sin and evil in the world and how it affects our selves and those around us. And we’ve discussed meekness – showing gentleness and humility to those who hurt us while still reaching out to them in the same love and grace we see in Christ.

In this message we continue our study through the Beatitudes as a Model for Church life (and for personal life, too) as we look at Matthew 5:6 – hungering and thirsting for righteousness, for Christ.
