Soul Winning  Class

A new Evangelism Training Class is set to begin in February 2026. While the exact start date is still pending, the purpose of this course is clear: to give you the instruction and practical experience needed to become a confident soul-winner.

Who Is This Class For?

This class is for anyone who has a desire to obey God's call to share the Gospel.

  • For beginners: If you don't know how to lead someone to Christ, this course will provide both instruction and encouragement to get you started.

  • For experienced soul-winners: If you already know how to share your faith, this class can serve as a valuable refresher and an opportunity to learn new methods, adding another weapon to your arsenal as you fight for the souls of men, women, boys, and girls.

Class Requirements

To pass this course, you must meet the following four requirements:

  1. Attendance: You must meet the attendance requirements for the course.

  2. Participation: You are expected to participate fully and complete all assigned tasks.

  3. Go Soul-Winning: You must actively go out and share the Gospel.

  4. Win a Soul: You must lead at least one person to Christ before the end of the quarter.

The class is open to everyone, regardless of your location. However, a significant commitment is required. You must be able to attend a class one day a week, complete tests in a timely manner, and be willing to do some one-on-one sessions via FaceTime. There will also be work you are required to complete on your own.

Bring a friend so you can doorknock together and encourage one another. The last day to sign up is January 17, 2026.

Week 1: 

Based on common soul-winning curriculum, a 12-lesson course is often designed to provide a comprehensive guide to both the spiritual and practical aspects of evangelism. While the exact titles may vary between different ministries, the topics generally follow a similar progression.

Here is a common curriculum for a 12-lesson soul-winning class:

  1. Why Personal Evangelism? (Understanding the biblical mandate for sharing your faith.)

  2. Personal Preparation: (Focusing on the soul-winner's own spiritual condition and readiness.)

  3. The Soul Winner's Weapon: (How to effectively use the Bible as the primary tool for sharing the Gospel.)

  4. The Ministry of the Holy Spirit: (Understanding the Holy Spirit's role in conviction and conversion.)

  5. Lessons from the Gospels and Acts: (Studying Jesus' and the Apostles' methods of evangelism.)

  6. Conviction of Sin: (Explaining the importance of helping people see their need for a Savior.)

  7. The True Gospel: (Clearly and accurately presenting the message of salvation.)

  8. Belief and Confession: (Guiding a person through the steps of accepting Christ.)

  9. The Assurance of Salvation: (Teaching a new believer how to have confidence in their salvation.)

  10. Other Perplexing Problems: (Addressing common questions and objections from non-believers.)

  11. Follow-Up Work: (The vital steps to take after someone has accepted Christ.)

  12. Discipleship: (Mentoring a new convert and helping them grow in their new faith.)
